GCC 8.2.0 works fine on aarch64.  As soon as someone ok's the import, we
could try having ports-gcc and fortran use lang/gcc/8 on arm64.

Alternatively, there's lang/flang (LLVM-based), but that doesn't work on
aarch64 yet either ...
