The metacpan says it's an MIT license, not perl5, so the comment in the
Makefile seems to be wrong,
The PLIST seems to have lost the $OpenBSD$ tag.
The ${P5ARCH} in the PLIST means it's unlikely to be PKG_ARCH=*
and that also clued me in to check `make port-lib-depends-check`
which says it needs
WANTLIB += c perl
