The link can be changed to https:// I have successfully tested this on amd64 6.5 -stable on a VPS. Per the ZNC instructions[1], "If you upgrade your ZNC version you must recompile all your modules," I recompiled the only ZNC module I use, znc-clientbuffer[2]. It continues to work. Thanks.
