attached is the diff to update plaso and all its dependencies.

2 new dependencies are needed:
- bencode.py: simple bencode parser
- libfsapfs: library and tools to access the Apple File System

While here, I enabled the python3 flavor for all libraries. The idea is to anticipate the switch to python3. When we will sure that plaso work fine with python3, I will remove the python2 stuff.
