Hi ports --

As the subject says, even though mail/dma isn't a daemon, I'd like to

OK?
Well, can dma actually use this user/group, or not? A rationale would
help, I think. :)

Sure. dma wants to drop privileges on startup. It also needs group write access to write in its /var/spool/dma directory. By default, dma wants a user and group named mail, but that's not really our style with ports so I changed it to _dma.
