hoc URL perhaps no longer the right one

When I do:
pkg_info hoc
I get this link in the result:
https://www.cs.princeton.edu/~bwk/btl.mirror/new/
However, that link seems to not be the right one anymore.  Looking at it using
https://web.archive.org/
It appears this may be the correct link now:
https://www.cs.princeton.edu/~bwk/btl.mirror/
