Apparently upstream rerolled the 1.6 tarball since our recorded size
does not match, thus the port falls back to our own copy.
I checked both tarballs and the mere difference is that upstream now
includes oniguruma, which we do not build inside jq anyway as we point
to the dedicated port under textproc:

The resulting jq executable still has the exact same symbols.
OK to update distinfo? Otherwise everyone fetches from GitHub, fails
and fetches from OpenBSD again.
I bumped REVISION just to be sure.
