These are utility classes for the many COIN-OR (Computational Optimization Infrastructure for Operations Research) projects that will be forthcoming.
All tests run (on amd64 at least) and documentation is installed. This asks for fortran, but as noted in the port, I don't think it actually uses it at all. I'm not sure why portcheck complains about WANTLIB libraries being masked by RUN_DEPENDS though. This is a requirement for alicevision (upcoming).
