I see the following output from the configure step:

1) python is missing in the port, maybe:

MODPY_RUNDEP = No
MODPY_VERSION = ${MODPY_DEFAULT_VERSION_3}
2) Please disable Doxygen and Wget. We disabled all doxygen docs in the ports
tree.
3) Add Ghostscript as dependency or disable it, please.
4) I would prefer to disable findSOPLEX too.
