Remove: x11/qrfcview

[Rafael Sadowski]

RFC download don't work and open a local rfc.txt, for example curl -O
https://tools.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2616.txt) ends in a bus error (core
dumped).

Ok to remove this Qt4 nonsense?
