Here ya go: https://deftly.net/dist/hugo-0.65.3.tar.gz I started working on a "proxy-proxy" which one will be able to use to request a vendored tarball by passing in a module name. Plan is to have something like: ftp https://proxy.suah.dev/github.com/gohugoio/hugo Which would give you a tarball likek the one linked above (for the latest version of 'github.com/gohugoio/hugo'.
