+ Mostly bugfixes. + GPLv2 to LGPLv3+. + spyder3 is the only consumer, so removed py2, py3 only port. (I will unhook py2 from devel/Makefile later). + spyder3 tested, no problems found. + Taking MAINTAINER (again).
