Hi,

Ogle's altivec flavor is broken in the current macppc bulk:

> error: unsupported argument '-m7400' to option 'Wa,'

Since the point of this flavor is to use AltiVec, i've used flags that
clang understands instead.

This allows to build this flavor without issues [0].

Comments/feedback are welcome,

Charlène.
