Hey this is a new port, I took this in to fill the dependency list for upcoming latte-integrale port.
This is a modified source for compatibility with latte-int by https://github.com/mkoeppe/LiDIA, the upstream is dead. LiDIA is a library for computational number theory. There are example programs for frobenius algebra, elliptical curves, field matrix, etc in ${WRKSRC}/examples but are not part of the default ALL_TARGET. Also not required by latte. Build tested on amd64. All test's pass on amd64. Any comments?
