MapServer + TileCache + OpenLayers = OK<http://www.hablandodesigs.com/2008/11/10/mapserver-tilecache-openlayers-ok/>pareceu-me bastante interessante e técnicamente bem implementado! nota: pelo que vejo, os menus no topo só funcionam completamente em IE. não os consegui visualizar em firefox ou chrome.
