Olá Pedro, Faz como é indicado no link que o Giovanni te passou. Na clausula SELECT acrescenta um campo ROWNUM AS ID, tipo:
SELECT ROWNUM AS ID, NAME, TIPO FROM A O campo ROWNUM vai ser a tua chave primária da view.
