Já usei o GeoKettle há muito tempo ... não sei se o GeoKettle suporta
bem o WFS 2.0 \ GML 32, eu experimentaria com o WFS 1.1.0:
http://62.28.186.2:6080/arcgis/services/MunisigWeb_SSIG_Domus/MapServer/WFSServer?request=getcapabilities&service=WFS&version=1.1.0

No GeoKettle, no passo "WFS Input" preencho da mesma forma que faço no
browser mas dá-me sempre este erro
