É completamente diferente a resposta do geoserver, uso ortofotomapas ( da DGT
10K) e têm cerca de 300 megas, com as overviews
e funciona muito bem, mesmo em layer group ou moisac.
Também uso ortos à 2k e sses ficam com cerca de 330 megas

Tratando -se de imagens relativamente pesadas (cerca de 300MB e que
representam o UK) estou a tentar arranjar uma forma eficiente de as
disponibilizar. O primeiro teste foi com o geoserver que levou o cpu aos 100%.
Seria melhor utilizar o mapserver ou outro? E que tratamento deviamos realizar
sobre as imagens?
