Yup. The website's articles about the incident (including the
original cease-and-desist letter, the response, and some articles that
popped up here and there in various papers) makes for entertaining
reading. To be fair, I suppose it's their image and they can do what
they want with it, including their current Soviet-style rewriting of
history, though if I had been a fan of theirs since the early days, I'd
regard their current attitude as an enormous slap in the face.
