Well it probably was...but it's also clearly out of date old news.
With iMacs the number one selling personal computer month after month
since last August, the Mac share has by almost all reports (hard as they
can be to swallow) about doubled. Think 5.6% and growing again. And the
percentage on the Web is substantially higher--as you notice around here.
I'm sayng this as editor of a multi-platform computer magazine with no
strong emotional attachment to any pile of wires and lights of any
persuasion.! And "Not knowing anybody around these parts who has one" is
classical bad-statistics anecodal evidence, Mike....but, of course, you'rve
got a perfect right to do what you want in this regard.
All I wanted to do, personally, was to hear your stuff.
