It's a 1970 release labeled (and copyrighted by) RCA, but with a Victor
imprint as well; the catalogue number appears to be a Victor, too, VPM-6022.

The album's in mono, and recording or release dates accompany each cut; most
of them are from 1949 to 1952, so yes, they're the originals.  I wouldn't be
so excited otherwise <g>.
