Let's Active cover on "Friends"

Hey music mavens,

I caught the tail end of the TV show "Friends" tonight, and they were at a
party and in the background the song "Every Word Means No" was playing,
however, it WAS NOT Let's Active!  Anyone know who might have done this
cover??
