Singer Randy Travis was issued an official pardon Thursday by Gov. Jim
Hunt of Tennessee, clearing his criminal record from his youth arrests
for burglary, larceny and weapons offenses. Hunt said the singer earned
the pardon for his "responsible civic behavior and community service."
