Oh, without question, though that means Murvin's version is amazing and
the Clash's merely quite good.  

Speaking of Murvin, I only know of one of his albums, the 1976 LP which
"Police & Thieves" came from.  Does he have anything else out, and is it
any good?

One more reggae note: Last month's Mojo had a great (if too short)
article on King Tubby, I guess marking the 10th anniversary of his
murder.
