For those wishing to know: published in 1849 to help the Lord's Day Observance Society (a group dedicated to keeping Sunday religious) this very surprizing work shows how to infiltrate the newly expanding railway companies, disrupt their shareholder meetings, in order to try and stop trains running on Sundays. Detailed instructions are given and past experiences related. It reads like a modern day activist manual, not something from 170 years ago.

All the best,
David
