For those wishing to know: probably published 1852, as the British Government was minded to let the Crystal Palace open on Sunday afternoons, and there was great opposition from religious groups, this pamphlet by a minister from the area, argues that something out to be done for the working classes, as they had no interest in going to church and the existing Sabbath laws resulted in near imprisonment to spite them.

All the best,
David,
England with grey clouds and strong winds
