The list of domains that are delivered via the $local_transport<http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#local_transport>mail delivery transport. No parametro *mydestination* ficam os dominios aos quais você recebe emails. O que é vai após o '@' ao se enviar um email é o conteúdo de *mydomain*. Pelo menos é isso que diz no manual do Postfix.
