Amigo seu mydestination = /etc/mail/local-host-names esta com o dominio
cadastrado corretamente?
Outra coisa, vi que da tambem Relay negado, tente colocar em mynetworks o ip
do seu server faça:
cat /etc/hosts
veja a saida do IP que esta direcionado para o host da maquina, digamos que
seja 192.168.0.6, ficaria assim
mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8 192.168.0.6/32

Mas se eu tentar enviar do próprio servidor de emails, o email é
recebido corretamente.
Pelo que eu pude ver, isso tem relação com *greylist*.
Gostaria de uma ajuda para saber realmente o porque deste erro estar
acontecendo especificamente com este domínio.

Se eu colocasse o bzgrep de todo o meu maillog, daria quase um livro,
peguei só o último que deu erro. Fiz algumas tentativas pelo hotmail,
todas retornaram a mesma saída.

Este domínio tem tanto .com, quanto .com.br registrado no meu servidor.
Ele esta registrado a algum tempo já, e isso começou a ocorrer de ontem
pra hj, nos dois dominios.
Qual e o greylisting software que voce usa?
