Two decent approaches:1. Write a nagios/zabbix/... test that runs postconf, extracts the RBLs used, and alerts if one of them doesn't reply for 127.0.0.2.
2. Write something to run daily or weekly, parse the postfix logs, and alert you if the block rate for any RBL drops to zero.
