Sorry I don't have "mysql-virtual-mailbox-maps.cf" here.

I have;
mysql-virtual_mailboxes.cf
mysql-virtual_mailbox_limit_maps.cf

$ ls -l /etc/postfix/mysql-virtual_mailboxes.cf
-rw-r----- 1 root postfix 197 2008-10-08 13:10
/etc/postfix/mysql-virtual_mailboxes.cf

$ ls -l /etc/postfix/mysql-virtual_mailbox_limit_maps.cf
-rw-r----- 1 root postfix 128 2008-10-08 13:12
/etc/postfix/mysql-virtual_mailbox_limit_maps.cf

# postmap -q [EMAIL PROTECTED]
mysql:/etc/postfix/mysql-virtual_mailboxes.cf
satimis.com/satimis/

# postmap -q [EMAIL PROTECTED]
mysql:/etc/postfix/mysql-virtual_mailbox_limit_maps.cf
10485760
