Yes, the single line version will work, the two line version will
not work,
because "postmap" will store just the first (with "-r" second) record.
The OP give a mysql storage config, thus using the two lines version
in such context seem more consistent to me (from the RDBMS point of
view), but of course less flexible for the reason you mention.
