Michael, From http://www.postfix.org/faq.html:
"Postfix names a queue file after its inode number and after the microsecond part of the time of day. Thus, if a queue file has a name based on someone elses inode number there is a small chance that the file name will collide with another queue file." The documentation warns in several places about the re-usability of queue IDs, e.g. in postsuper(1). -martin -- Martin Schmitt - Schmitt Systemberatung - http://www.scsy.de DE 35415 Pohlheim, Gießener Str. 18 DE 65307 Bad Schwalbach, Am Bräunchesberg 9 Linux/UNIX - Internet - E-Mail Infrastructure - Antispam/Antivirus - "What goes up, must come down.
