define "my users"? are they sending mail from mynetworks? do they
authenticated? ...
anyway, the following will prevent them from using a sender in "another"
domain unless mail is "local" (delivered to one of your domains):
smtpd_sender_restrictions =
check_sender_access hash:/etc/postfix/mydomains
reject_unauth_destination
== mydomains
mydomain1.example OK
mydomain2.example OK
