Yes. The current hosting I am using is with a simple case:
mail.riseup.net
smtp.riseup.net
Both works via SSL.
If the hosts are:
mail.foo.com
smtp.bar.com
That is a more complicated case.
Where SNI is maybe required.
cartbot --apache -d mail.riseup.net -d smtp.riseup.net -d mail.foo.com
-d smtp.bar.com
lets encrypt works :)
use as many -d as you need, just dont make -d for servers external
there, external must do there own -d sets
