[pfx] Update issue 3.8.5-3.9.0

Don't know whether it's a Gentoo specific issue, but Postfix failed to 
restart after update because the new lib directory was created as 
/usr/lib64/postfix/3.9, not /usr/lib64/postfix/3.9.0.
