A typical corporate "security" feature, the Chinese text reads "External Mail". Sadly the same system then sends the message to the header rather than the envelope recipient. And even sets the envelope sender to the header "From:" address. You'd expect this sort of thing in an MUA, but it has no place in server-side email handling software.
