You're telling postfix to contact the milter on an IP connection:
smtpd_milters = inet:localhost:12301
non_smtpd_milters = inet:localhost:12301

Looking back, you have two Socket directives in your opendkim configuration; 
I'm not sure which one it's going to pick, and if it picks the "wrong" one it 
won't be listening on that IP port.

Check that, then see what's in your mail log.
