https://docs.spamhaus.com/datasets/docs/source/40-real-world-usage/MTAs/020-Postfix.html is better especially the information about hiding history DQS key to the public. I disregarded that rbl_reply_maps part as well, noticed it after 10 minutes and therefore applied for a new key which was happily granted.
