I wanted to implement TLSRPT and added the Ghettoforge repo to Alma9
to get the latest 3.10.x release of Postfix, but now I found out that
TLSRPT support is not compiled in the RPM

postfix 3.10.0 have useflag tlsrpt in gentoo, so it might work on
another distro aswell

But the log reports states that TLSRPT is enabled but not compiled.
indeed the problem is that it not enabled in compile time, only in
config with does not work
