That is a fatal error. As you have found, ChatGPT is a useless tool for
system administration, because it is just a guessing machine.
You cannot administer a mail system without actually understanding what
you are doing. Postfix is distributed with extensive documentation in
the form of 'man' pages and a collection of topical "readme" files
covering important concepts. If you are not willing to actually read
documentation, system administration is not for you. That is not a
derogatory statement, it is simply a fact.
