Enumeration support is not covered in the xxx_table(5) manpages.
Fortunately, LMDB was designed to replace Bekeley DB, and it comes
with all the I/O features that Postfix needs.
Major visible differences: LMDB is explictly read-optimized. The
copy-on-write archiecture makes updates more costly due to write
multiplication. There are more differences (such as the 'table full'
condition), but Postfix can deal with those under the covers.
