Postfix already supports transport_maps, xxx_transpirt, etc. results
with multiple destinatios, like tnis:
lmtp:nexthop1, nexthops2, ...
And that means: ask the LMTP deliver agent 1) deliver to nexthop1,
and if that fails, to 2) deliver to nexthop2.
Changing that into an AND would be a WTF compatibility break.
it would also result in duplicate deliveries when one of the nexthops
is unavailable. It would try to delier to both nexthops again, and
so on, until both nexthops accept the message.
