Correct. You need to link to the Cyrus SASL implementation to act as an
authenticated client to a "smarthost" relay.
You need to add these items to your CCARGS
-DUSE_SASL_AUTH -DUSE_CYRUS_SASL -I/usr/local/include/sasl
