Specify the correct nexthop in the transport table, or deploy MX records
in your DNS.
I looked at the DNS approach, but realized I'd just be trading copies of
transport:nexthop strings for copies of local-zone/local-data lines in
the resolver config. Plus some of the domains involved are signed and
not in my control.
I did, however, find the pipemap lookup table. A pipemap-static
incantation using the relay_domains tables does what I want.
