Ah, I think I may have been unclear, that is an excerpt from the DKIM
header, captured in a BCC before it leaves my site. In full:
DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; c=simple/simple;
d=alstadheim.priv.no;
There's the problem right there: the 'simple/simple' canonicalization is
not a useful part of the DKIM specification.
Switch to 'relaxed/relaxed' and your troubles will end.
