After changing information that is stored in the queue file.

The most practical use case is after changing a content_filter
setting (in main.cf or master.cf) or a FILTER action in Postfix
access, header_checks or body_checks. Thge "requeue" request provides
a limited way to "undo and redo" the content filter policy.

virtual_alias expansion and canonical mapping results are also
stored in queue files, but there is no way to "undo and redo" those
with a "requeue" request.
