The OP claims to have "virtual_alias_domains" set in main.cf.
As a consequence, the "anything" values in virtual_alias_maps
are unnecessary and undesirable. The OP should delete these
table entries, and list any appropriate domains in the main.cf
virtual_alias_domains parameter (as he seems to be doing), or
in a separate table.
