Thanks. I understand.

But... Umm...
It seems that I need to modify postscreen(8) to do what I
want. I want to use "sleep" selectively. (e.g.: Using
"sleep" if a SMTP client isn't listed in whitelist.)

Changes for it will not be merged into postscreen(8). I want
to avoid maintaining the changes by myself...
