It certainly is ``one of those famous Internet debates'', but also, the other party/parties involved have actual business requirements that they are grappling with, and although it may not be at the top of the requirements lists, I am quite sure that nobody... no company... that processes great and vast gobs of outbound e-mails every day wants to be seen as a spam emitter... you know... if they can help it.
