Postfix sends an SMTP command to the Milter before sending the
command, if it was not rejected, to the smtpd_proxy_filter.
But, the Milter won't see any of the header or body content. There
is no cleanup daemon before the smtpd_proxy_filter, the main reason
being that it was implemented in very little time.
